Black smoke
The residential areas are surrounded by the industries, the black smoke in the air is increasing the risk of respiratory disease , the waste water coming from the industries is being mixed in the rivers or canals which is affecting the soil and the food that is produced by the help of that contaminated water.
This shows the violation of article 20 of the constitution of nepal that states about right to clean environment .
