“Only Planned urbanization can make our cities breathable.”
City In Between the Greens
The image taken from Nuwakot, Palpa, a viewpoint for watching the plain beauty of Butwal city and land around it shows that Butwal is surrounded by greenery.
The city hasn’t lost its charm yet.
The pollution causing gases like CO2 emitted by the fast and chaotic lifestyle of Butwal gets absorbed by the calm trees that surround it.
The dense forest that surrounds the city will catch the PM2.5, PM10 particles from dust, smokes and wait till it rains and wash them off.
In future, when the urban population will be rising and people will look for the land for settlement, we should be very careful that the forest will not be cut down rather encourage people to plant more trees and preserve the purity of air we breathe for our future generations as well.
