Not just dirty air, it's a silent burden that affects our health, mood, and everyday lives.

Kathmandu, Kathmandu ValleyJun 2026

Daily struggle.

As I looked at the road, I could immediately feel the effects of air pollution and extreme heat.

The sky was covered with a dull haze instead of being clear and blue.

Vehicles moved along the road, releasing smoke into the air, while piles of garbage lay on the roadside, adding to the pollution. The bright sun made the atmosphere unbearable.

People walked slowly, their faces tired and sweaty.

Some sat quietly outside shops, trying to escape the heat, while others seemed irritated and impatient.

The polluted air made breathing uncomfortable, and the temperature drained everyone's energy. As I observed the scene, I noticed how easily people became frustrated.

Drivers stuck in traffic appeared angry, pedestrians looked exhausted, and even simple tasks seemed difficult under such harsh conditions.

The combination of heat and pollution was affecting not only people's physical health but also their mood and behavior. This picture shows how environmental problems can impact our daily lives.

Air pollution and rising temperatures are making cities less comfortable and more stressful places to live.

Looking at this scene reminded me that protecting our environment is not just about nature, it is also about protecting the well-being, happiness, and health of the people who live in it.
