“Who gets most affected by the air pollution?”

I was passing by the Pulchowk area post lunch aiming to buy some stationeries.
The day was partially hazy and I wasn’t feeling best with a sudden cold.
Then I met them, daily wage labors in the nearby construction site who wore a black mask which didn’t do anything to protect them and shared a smile briefly and consented to take a picture.
I wondered how they survive internally when so much dust has accumulated so visibly on their clothes.
