“Daily journey through a dusty road becomes an unavoidable encounter with air pollution for everyone nearby.”
Everyday Air, Everyday Risk
The truck moves on, but the dust it leaves behind lingers in the air.
For the motorcyclists passing through, every breath becomes a reminder of the pollution woven into daily life. Scenes like this are common on unpaved and poorly maintained roads.
A school child walking home, a roadside vendor working all day, or a delivery rider navigating the city can spend hours exposed to dust that irritates the eyes, throat, and lungs. Air pollution is not always visible as factory smoke or vehicle exhaust.
Sometimes, it rises from the road itself, quietly affecting the health and well-being of the people who have no choice but to pass through it every day.
