“What it feels to ride behind the public vehicles of Kathmandu”
Life on a scooter
I have been riding a scooter for past four years.
There are very rare days where i step outside without a mask.
Public vehicles of Nepal , i guess 80 % of them are poorly maintained, not serviced on time.
Emission of gases from those buses have severely affected the life of both the bike riders, pedestrians and the whole city.
The government has taken a initiative of checking a Pollution test on those vehicles, however the result hasn’t been seen in the streets.
Riding a bike or using a public vehicle none of them is motivating enough to use in Nepal.
We just have one demand can we breathe freely , ride freely, walk freely and just live a normal life , a life without mask, a life that’s transparent, a life that doesn’t require any cover.
