I recently visited Khotang, Koshi province, and I always wondered why I loved being away from capital chaos to the villages of Nepal.
Was it about the people, was it about the place, was it about the food? Until recently, I also realized that its the fresh & crisp air that you find outside the hustling streets of Kathmandu.
