Running away

Hiking through this trail I realized how easy it is to breathe when air does not come with any foul smell or Pollution.
Pollution has increased the risk of health issues especially in the lungs.
Running away from the city is always the best thing when you have to regain your aura in the correct state of mind and body.
I have gained my aura back so you should also try getting away from the city for at least one day.
