People from the low income status who cannot afford private vehicles for daily commutes are compelled to breathe polluted air in the footpaths.

Rupandehi, Lumbini ProvinceJun 2026

Walk without good breath.

For daily commutes most of the people move from one place to another on foot.

While we are talking about electric vehicles for public transportation, the most fundamental mode of transportation i.e walking is at utmost risk due to smoke, dust from vehicles and roadside burning.

Nabin Parajuli who goes to his office everyday on foot is having the problem of air pollution while walking on the roadside.

He faces irritation on skin and allergies due to high pollution on the roadside.

He wants a safe air to breathe while walking along the hectic everyday.

He expects clean air while coming back to the office from the stressed work.

He feels a lot of mental irritation and headache after returning home due to the air he breathes.
