When the Air Leaves its Mark
These leaves looked ordinary to me at first, until I saw the thin layer of dust covering their surface.
What should have been vibrant green seemed muted, as if the air around them had slowly left its mark. Standing there, I couldn't help but think about how often we talk about air pollution as something invisible.
Yet here it was, right in front of me.
These leaves silently collect what we release into the atmosphere every day.
If pollution can settle so clearly on plants, it makes me wonder what traces it leaves on the people who share the same air.
