In the side stalls and small lodges, the woods are still used to cook food items.
As it is said the food cooked on woods are more tasty , it may be the reason why people still use it . Though LPG and inductions are available, the rising rate of gas and the electricity influenced the use of woods in a positive manner.
Moreover we know woods create black smoke and the long term near to the smoke may create respiratory diseases , many people still prefer to cook food using woods.
